Russell graduated from the University of Sydney in 2000. He began his physiotherapy career in Newcastle gaining experience in general physiotherapy before furthering his musculoskeletal skills in the UK. Russell has lived on the central coast for 12 years where he has continued to develop his interest in the area of foot & ankle injuries. His experience includes working in a specialised foot & ankle clinic in Sydney’s CBD & now is proudly the principal physiotherapist at the first foot & ankle physiotherapy clinic on the central coast. He is passionate about continued professional development & remaining current with the best evidence based treatments. This includes presenting on & attending courses, lectures & conferences with a focus on sports injuries, manual therapy, dry needling, stability training, biomechanics & more. Russell’s passions are running with “Barry” the boxer dog, surfing, and his veggie patch.
Rosie has had extensive experience since completing her Cert IV in massage in 2008. Following this she has studied many subjects in remedial massage, aromatherapy, nutrition, herbal medicines and homeopathics. She has previously held positions in clinics & Day Spas in the Hunter Valley and on the Central Coast. Rosie also holds a Bachelor of Arts in communication, from Newcastle University.
Rosie offers several massage styles to suit what you need; remedial massage, sports massage, relaxation massage, trigger point therapy and pregnancy massage.
Rosie is passionate about holistic health and maintaining balance in the body. She grew up on the Central Coast and loves going to the beach with her kids, weightlifting, painting and smashing through the odd obstacle run.
Lani works part time in our reception team and is also an accomplished dance teacher and horse riding instructor. Lani will always do her best to make your visit comfortable and easy. Lani’s passions are dancing, horse riding and mountain bike riding.
Jacqui works part time in our reception team & is also a Mum. Jacqui will always warmly welcome you and make your visit relaxing. Jacqui enjoy’s playing indoor football & spending time with her family.
Bryn works part time in our reception team and is also studying to become a physiotherapist at Newcastle University. Bryn will always greet you with a smile and make your visit enjoyable. Bryn enjoy’s bike riding, swimming and hiking.
